You'll assist with daily billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities using Nevoya's TMS software and external customer portals. Your work ensures accurate documentation, timely billing, and seamless cash flow for a fast-growing electric trucking carrier. This part-time contract role offers flexibility in a mission-driven startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with daily billing operations using internal TMS and customer portals
• Review and verify order and load data for accuracy
• Retrieve and store supporting paperwork (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations)
• Help generate invoices with attached supporting documentation

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of billing, AR, or payroll support experience
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) or similar software
• Knowledge of freight terminology and operations
• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills for reconciliations

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations
