🎯 What You'll Do

• Solve challenging hardware issues with servers through advanced troubleshooting
• Manage hardware problems, workarounds, and solutions
• Proactively resolve L1/L2 tasks via ticket system
• Update processes and documentation for IT hardware team

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment
• Advanced IT hardware knowledge and practical troubleshooting experience
• Advanced skills with Unix/Linux operating system and command line
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis and presentation

• Driving license type B
