You'll join BAYADA's home care team providing 1:1 compassionate nursing care to clients of all ages. You'll build meaningful relationships while maintaining flexible schedules with 8-12 hour shifts. We offer up to $10,000 commitment bonuses and same-day pay options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care to home-based clients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to care team
• Document care using electronic charting system

📋 Requirements

• Active LPN license in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Commitment to flexible scheduling including overnights
