💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to provide an excellent customer experience and help train new team members. You'll use your fandom knowledge to drive sales and ensure daily operations run smoothly. This role combines supervisory duties with direct customer interaction in a pop-culture themed retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store, including register duties.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Support inventory management and theft prevention.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
