Description

You will lead the strategic planning and execution of Revolution Medicines' presence at key European congresses and internal events, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, compliant experiences that advance the company's oncology portfolio. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of budgets, vendors, and on-site operations, ensuring alignment with commercial and medical objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 5+ years' experience in global congress strategy and operations
• Significant experience leading end-to-end planning and execution of congresses and large-scale events within biotech industry
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30-40%

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and end-to-end execution of regional and international congress and events plan
• Oversee congress delivery including exhibit strategy, booth experience, attendee engagement, vendor management, and on-site operations
• Develop and manage congress budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control
• Support Medical Affairs in logistical execution of symposia and investigator meetings
• Lead planning and execution of internal events, including attendee coordination and alignment with business priorities
