🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to meet client expectations.
• Oversee daily operations, load-balance duties, and allocate resources.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in management or supervisory roles leading teams of 10+.
• 4+ years in healthcare, IT, or managed care finance/collections.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and business management software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
