💼 About This Role

You'll be the trusted technical ML/AI expert for Databricks customers and field engineering teams, architecting production-grade ML/AI applications on the Databricks platform. You'll shape customer roadmaps and influence product direction through cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge GenAI and MLOps technologies while building thought leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect production-level ML/AI workloads for customers on the unified platform.
• Serve as trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions including RAG and agentic systems.
• Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads with MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer voice and influence roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience in ML Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Experience with modern AI/ML techniques: LLM agentic systems, vector databases, fine-tuning, AI guardrails.
• Graduate degree in quantitative discipline (CS, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales role.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for ML deployment.
• Proficiency with tools like HuggingFace, Langchain, OpenAI.
