💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business in the Mid-Market segment for SoSafe's human risk management platform, partnering with SDRs to build pipeline and manage the full sales cycle. Your core impact is closing deals and expanding relationships with decision-makers in DACH. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Acquire new business opportunities in the Mid-Market segment.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and build pipeline.
• Conduct online demos, on-site meetings, and events.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of SaaS closing experience, ideally SMB or Mid-Market.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Fluent in German and English.
