💼 About This Role

You'll own key components of the month-end close and partner cross-functionally with operations and FP&A. Your work will directly support management reporting and strategic initiatives. This high-visibility role offers strong ownership and autonomy in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Perform flux and variance analysis across P&L and balance sheet
• Support financial reporting and management reporting packages

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or inventory
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
