You'll build and manage relationships with existing customers in the DACH region as a founding member of the Account Management team in Berlin. You'll own the strategic roadmap for customer retention and expansion and design the post-sales function from the ground up. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape a world-class engine.

  • Design and build the DACH Account Management function
  • Create strategic account plans and conduct QBRs
  • Guide customers in maximizing Airwallex product value
  • Lead complex negotiations for multi-product sales

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of account management experience with a technical product
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales in a consultative manner
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategy creation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • Start-up and fintech experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience with Salesforce
