๐ผ About This Role
You'll build and manage relationships with existing customers in the DACH region as a founding member of the Account Management team in Berlin. You'll own the strategic roadmap for customer retention and expansion and design the post-sales function from the ground up. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape a world-class engine.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and build the DACH Account Management function
- Create strategic account plans and conduct QBRs
- Guide customers in maximizing Airwallex product value
- Lead complex negotiations for multi-product sales
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of account management experience with a technical product
- Proven ability to manage complex sales in a consultative manner
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategy creation
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English

- Start-up and fintech experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with Salesforce
