You'll lead end-to-end P&L reconciliation and analysis for multiple trading portfolios at a leading global investment firm. Your work will directly inform portfolio managers, risk, and investment teams. You'll drive automation and data quality improvements to scale the team's capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily and monthly P&L reconciliation for multi-asset portfolios
• Analyze P&L variances across equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Partner with traders and back office to resolve breaks and validate data
• Build and maintain P&L dashboards and process controls

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product control or P&L reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with P&L reconciliation across equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
• Practical experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis

• Experience with scripting languages like Python or VBA
• Knowledge of derivatives and fixed income products
