Description
You will lead the design and management of Go-to-Market compensation programs, aligning them with business strategy and driving performance. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, conduct market analysis, oversee plan rollouts, and analyze data to ensure plans attract and retain top talent. This role is a strategic function within Samsara, a leader in IoT for physical operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Sales Compensation management experience in high-growth SaaS or strategic consulting
- Ability to derive insights from data and drive decisions with VP/C-suite stakeholders
- Willingness to dive into details and implement scalable solutions
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively across functions
- Experience launching transformational, cross-functional projects
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Sales Compensation Strategy function
- Design compensation plans for Go-to-Market roles in collaboration with senior leadership
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation plans
- Oversee rollout and communication of variable compensation plans
- Monitor performance, evaluate attainment, and develop budget and forecast projections
