You will sharpen your nursing skills in a paid, accredited residency program, providing one-on-one patient care in home settings. You'll receive in-depth training, electronic charting, and around-the-clock clinical support while exploring diverse patient cases across New Castle County.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care
• Use electronic charting (Statewise)
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Receive around-the-clock clinical support
• Care for clients of all ages and acuity levels
