💼 About This Role

You'll join Grafana Labs' Product Marketing team to drive go-to-market programs for our observability products. You'll shape messaging and positioning across key personas, teaching product managers how to think about growth and demand. This role offers the chance to work at a remote-first open-source powerhouse with transparent communication and high autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy with product managers
• Create sales enablement collateral and customer-facing materials
• Own and manage product/feature launches
• Conduct internal and customer research on pain points and competition
• Deliver training and enablement to sales teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
• Experience marketing and selling to a technical audience
• Proven ability to lead complex projects autonomously
• Exceptional writing and communication skills

• Quantitative analytical skills for campaign performance analysis
