💼 About This Role

You'll provide first-line IT support for a global food ingredients company. You'll resolve hardware and software issues for on-site and remote users across the Americas and occasionally EMEA/APAC. This role requires onsite presence in Duluth, GA and some travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first-line support via ticketing system, email, phone, and Teams.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely hardware delivery.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and incident resolutions.

📋 Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ certified or equivalent.
• 2-4 years prior IT Help Desk experience.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 devices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Infor M3 and SAP ECC 6.0.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Azure, IIS.
• Fluency in Spanish.
