Description

You will lead and manage maintenance and utility functions to ensure equipment availability and regulatory compliance. You will oversee a team performing preventative and corrective maintenance, drive reliability through root cause analysis, and manage budgets and capital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Technical discipline or Facilities Management
• 5+ years maintenance management experience
• 3+ years experience in maintenance planning
• 5+ years effective project management experience
• Utilities system knowledge (boilers, steam, HVAC, chillers, compressed air, electrical, water/WWT)

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performing preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Manage operation and maintenance of utility systems (boilers, chillers, compressed air, RO water, WWT)
• Drive equipment reliability through root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Manage maintenance and utility budgets, spare parts inventories, and capital projects
• Lead teams of skilled trades personnel and foster a culture of safety and accountability
