You'll monitor and assist mobile service robots in a hospital environment, collecting data and troubleshooting real-world situations. Your feedback directly improves robot performance while ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a part-time, overnight role on the founding operations team.

📋 Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• Customer-service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
