Description

Define and drive the roadmap for Marqeta's Dashboard and enterprise operational platforms, building tools that streamline card management, transaction investigation, disputes, and operational monitoring. You will work cross-functionally to transform complex workflows into intuitive, scalable systems, with opportunities to introduce AI-driven automation and improve operational visibility.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years product management building enterprise software or operational platforms
• Strong technical product leadership working with Engineering and Design on complex systems
• Operational systems expertise with dashboards, case management, or support tooling
• Domain knowledge in regulated environments (disputes, fraud, compliance)
• Exceptional product judgment balancing customer needs, compliance, and technical constraints

Responsibilities

• Define and drive roadmap for Dashboard and operational platforms
• Build tools for card management, transaction investigation, disputes, and operational controls
• Deliver dashboards and reporting for real-time operational visibility
• Design secure, compliant systems for identity, permissions, and governance
• Identify and deliver AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency
