🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable systems and user-facing product experiences.
• Turn ambiguous requirements into clear, maintainable, production-ready solutions.
• Deliver quickly, learn from feedback, and refine the product week by week.
• Own projects across frontend, backend, and deployment end-to-end.

📋 Requirements

• Experience owning projects independently including scoping, execution, and rollout.
• Strong systems thinking to design reliable, maintainable software and debug complex issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-moving startups or high-ownership environments.
