Requirements

• 1-3 years healthcare experience in payer strategy, market access, or similar role
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement, and market access
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, synthesizing complex information into insights
• Knowledge of government programs like Medicaid and commercial payer structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; data analysis tools or CRM a plus

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze payer data including policies, reimbursement trends, and formulary status
• Monitor payer trends and health policy changes to predict impacts on product access
• Support development of market access strategies with cross-functional teams
• Prepare reports and presentations on payer insights and market dynamics for senior leadership
• Track and analyze payer performance metrics to measure strategy effectiveness
