You'll perform general building maintenance and support preventive programs for a commercial facility in Burlington, MA. You'll ensure the site remains safe and functional while delivering professional customer-focused service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lighting.
• Support preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with basic HVAC troubleshooting (filters, belts, thermostats).
• Complete work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct inspections of facility spaces and mechanical areas.

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of general maintenance or building operations experience.
