💼 About This Role

You'll join the Social Retail team to launch and animate the Veepee LE CLUB community on the French site. You'll manage member interactions and foster engagement through events, games, and brand partnerships. This role offers hands-on experience in community building within a leading e-commerce player.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Animate exchanges between members on Le Club platform
• Respond to member questions via private or public messages
• Moderate user-generated content for compliance
• Propose and manage community engagement actions across site, app, and social media

📋 Requirements

• BAC+3 to BAC+5 in communication or digital marketing
• Excellent French language and flawless spelling
• Organized with reactivity, proactivity, and curiosity
• Empathetic and able to handle sensitive topics appropriately
