Requirements

• Bachelor's or DEC in civil engineering or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of significant estimation experience
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Project, MS Office (Word, Excel), AutoCAD
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and sense of priorities

Responsibilities

• Analyze bid documents and prepare submissions
• Calculate material quantities, labor, and equipment costs
• Evaluate project risks, constraints, and work methods
• Produce and ensure compliance with project schedule
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers (pricing, negotiation, follow-up)
