💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of the holding company's board management system, ensuring boards work as a strategic decision-making tool across 7 portfolio verticals. You'll coordinate quarterly boards, review materials, and track execution of decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate quarterly board preparation across portfolio companies: deadlines, formats, pre-screening.
• Review board decks before CEO review; return for revision if below standard.
• Build agenda for each board with COO.
• Track follow-ups: decisions, owners, deadlines post-board.
• Maintain tracking system for decision execution visible to top management.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Chief of Staff, Advisory Manager, or Investment Manager roles in tech/SaaS/PE.
• Experience with boards or board material preparation — mandatory.
• Proficient in reading P&L, cash flow, and unit economics.
• Experience managing processes in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Critical thinking and ability to provide feedback to business leaders.

• Experience in PE/VC portfolio structures or consulting (MBB, Big4 Strategy).
• Experience preparing a company for investment round or M&A process.
