You'll own end-to-end selection systems and build data products to shape the frontier of hard-tech innovation. • Design and continuously improve the end-to-end fellow selection system
• Proactively attract exceptional scientific talent for Activate's programs
• Capture and transform application data into insights on emerging science
• Collaborate with the Data team to ensure scalable tools and data integrity

📋 Requirements

• Product experience turning ambiguous raw material into structured systems or offerings
• Track record of owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems from inception to delivery
• Ability to translate messy data into structured insights
• Deep comfort engaging with technical communities and complex technologies
