Description

You'll support the Data Sourcing and Strategy team by managing relationships with data providers, coordinating onboarding and renewals, and ensuring compliance. You'll work closely with Legal, Compliance, and investment teams to facilitate data sourcing for research.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies in data and investment research
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with data and research providers, facilitate service changes, and ensure contractual compliance
• Coordinate content provider onboarding and contract/renewal processes, negotiate business terms
• Maintain Data Sourcing and Strategy knowledgebase, understand system architecture
• Assist investment teams with data requests, work with Data Compliance, support new hire onboarding
• Manage operations workflow with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders
