Description

You will create and maintain intuitive, visually appealing designs across branding, presentations, and collateral, playing a critical role in building out Aya's digital experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into graphics and bring presentations to life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Miro, HTML, MS365
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Experience with email marketing platforms and presentation software

Responsibilities

• Design marketing and automated email templates in HubSpot
• Maintain and update design systems for email and PowerPoint templates
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and developers to define project goals and timelines
• Translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand graphics including animated visual stories
• Create engaging presentations for executives using storytelling and collaboration
