Description

You will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, drive their performance through data insights and strategic recommendations, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute growth initiatives. This role is critical to optimizing partner success on the Careem Food platform in the UAE.

Requirements

• 2-4 years account management or partner success experience, preferably in tech/e-commerce/F&B
• Fluent in Arabic
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction
• Drive partners' performance through business reviews and data insights
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams on growth initiatives
• Identify and resolve partner concerns to ensure high-quality experience
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and identify improvements
