💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Sundance federal portfolio with full P&L accountability, driving organic growth and operational excellence for a $200M environmental platform. You'll integrate Sundance's capabilities across the broader True Environmental enterprise, leveraging mentor-protégé joint ventures to bridge the small-to-large business transition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own P&L and financial performance for the Sundance federal business unit
• Lead federal BD strategy including pipeline development, capture, and proposal leadership
• Manage and grow two SBA mentor-protégé joint ventures
• Collaborate with True executive team on enterprise-wide strategy and integration

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in federal environmental services
• Proven track record of winning and executing DoW/federal programs >$20M annual revenue
• Existing relationships within DoW and federal civilian agency client community
• Active DoW security clearance preferred; ability to obtain required
