๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of Account Managers
- Own net revenue retention and segment strategy
- Coach Account Managers on value-based selling
- Build and maintain operating cadence across pipeline reviews
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years managing teams in Fintech, SaaS, or high-growth environment
- Experience leading teams with ownership over account health and renewals
- Fluency in ERPs, spend management platforms, or AP automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or equivalent experience
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in credit card or spend management
- Background in corporate accounting or financial systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong
