You'll support incentive compensation and commission processes for global sales teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your work will improve commission calculation integrity and drive performance insights. This role offers exposure to global stakeholders and complex data models.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Extract and reconcile Salesforce CRM data for commission calculations
- Support end-to-end commission processing with quality checks
- Prepare and distribute commission statements and documentation
- Triage and resolve commission-related inquiries
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in incentive compensation or finance operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (0-2 years preferred)

- Familiarity with Power BI or macro-based automation tools
- Experience with data analysis and financial reconciliation
