Description

You will support the successful execution of mechanical systems on-site by working closely with the Project Manager, field teams, and trade partners. Your role ensures field activities align with project plans while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations. You'll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support efficient and compliant project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and field coordination in construction/commissioning
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project setting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience with commissioning or construction management software
• Knowledge of safety standards, permitting processes, and site compliance

Responsibilities

• Enforce site safety standards and maintain housekeeping across assigned areas
• Provide direct support to Project Manager on mechanical field coordination
• Oversee mechanical field operations, including laydown checks and WWP alignment
• Coordinate with trades and Area Superintendents to resolve field issues (housekeeping, access, resources)
• Support QA program, commissioning software, and permit walks (DSL, Line Break, Hot Work)
