🎯 What You'll Do

• Review team performance metrics and provide coaching.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of team.
• Supervise daily work to ensure efficient task completion.
• Proactively identify payor behavior changes and implement process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle operations.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Deep knowledge of billing software like Epic, XiFin, or Quadax.
• Ability to navigate Tableau and Excel for analysis.

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Systems and Salesforce CRM.
