You'll lead a platform engineering team at Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry. You'll drive infrastructure readiness, apply AI to reduce toil and improve reliability, and align platform strategy with business outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to transform how platforms are built using AI and automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply AI-assisted approaches to reduce toil and improve platform reliability
• Align technology direction with company strategy and operational priorities
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Security
• Manage people, set goals, and foster continuous learning within the team

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as an engineering leader in platform or infrastructure teams
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM tools to observability and incident response
• Strong technical background in cloud platforms (AWS EKS, RDS, S3) and distributed systems
• Programming and automation skills in Python, Go, or Bash with Terraform

• Experience with Claude code
• Knowledge of Linux, networking, and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana)

📨 Hiring Process
