💼 About This Role

You'll build and implement a sales strategy to scale Wave's business products in Côte d'Ivoire. Your team of sales representatives will grow the portfolio of organizations using Wave's business products like APIs and bulk payments. You'll own plans for acquiring businesses and achieving company sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with key organizations for Wave business products.
• Lead a team of sales representatives to grow business product portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring businesses and cross-selling.
• Document sales pipeline progress for organizational planning and forecasting.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales, especially mobile money/financial services.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in building segmentation and targeting with field force.

✨ Nice to Have

• Network and business contacts in Côte d'Ivoire.
• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Experience driving partnerships with companies in primary/secondary sectors.
