💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and scale internal platforms and tools that empower Crusoe's Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams. You'll enable faster debugging, improve operational velocity, and drive observability across the cloud platform. This role is critical for ensuring seamless customer experiences through high-leverage internal tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build tools for internal teams to diagnose customer issues across distributed systems.
• Develop workflows and automation to reduce time-to-resolution and manual tasks.
• Enhance logging, metrics, and tracing for actionable platform insights.
• Design systems that scale with rapid growth in customers and infrastructure.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software experience in backend development.
• Experience building internal tools or platforms for developer productivity or operational workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure tooling like Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Expertise in designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems with observability.
