• Drive architectural decisions across distributed systems and microservices.
• Lead backend re-architecture to transition legacy systems into a unified ecosystem.
• Improve system scalability, observability, and performance for global growth.
• Design and tune MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis environments.
• Define long-term technical roadmap with engineering and product leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with high-scale systems.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Extensive background in designing and scaling Microservices and Distributed Systems.
• Deep expertise in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis with advanced optimization.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs for web and mobile-first consumers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Background in Fintech, Invoicing, or Payments within B2B SaaS.
• Experience merging multiple products into a unified backend architecture.
