You'll lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for enterprise customers on the Veeam Data Platform, driving long-term success and measurable value. You'll apply deep disaster recovery and resilience expertise to conduct recovery simulations and quarterly reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Configure customer accounts and customize backup policies.
  • Conduct success planning and strategy sessions aligned with business outcomes.
  • Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports.
  • Identify churn risk early and define mitigation plans.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, cloud platforms.
  • VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Veeam platform capabilities.
  • AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator certification.
  • Executive stakeholder engagement skills (CISO/CIO).
