💼 About This Role

You'll own the identity verification and activation journey for Crypto.com Exchange, spanning KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and first trades. Your work directly impacts trading volume and user retention across global markets. This role uniquely combines IDV, payments, and rewards in one high-ownership position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own KYC platform strategy and multi-vendor IDV routing
• Define payment method availability and deposit/withdrawal limits
• Optimize the activation ladder from deposit to first trade
• Manage re-KYC experience with low disruption for active users

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in Product Management at a high-growth tech company
• Specific experience with IDV platforms, payment rail integration, or KYC/AML product design
• Technical fluency with payment gateways, APIs, and ledger systems
• SQL fluency and proficiency with Mixpanel or Amplitude

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a crypto exchange, fintech, or neo-bank
• Knowledge of FATF, SCA, GDPR, and local payment regulations
