💼 About This Role

You'll develop software for in-cabin monitoring using MATLAB/Simulink, evaluate image recognition systems, and improve driver safety detection. Your work will directly enable safer autonomous vehicles by understanding human behaviors while driving. You'll collaborate with a product owner to define the roadmap for next-generation IMS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop software for in-cabin monitoring using MATLAB/Simulink
• Evaluate image recognition software and identify improvement areas
• Understand human driving behaviors and develop detection technologies
• Provide technical assistance to define product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Business level Japanese (JLPT-N1) and conversational English
• 3+ years in MATLAB/Simulink, Python, C, or C++
• Experience in image recognition system evaluation

• Experience with AWS
• Knowledge of advanced data science
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

📨 Hiring Process

Come to the office 3 days per week per hybrid work policy and report to the manager in charge of IMS development.
