You'll adapt multimodal video AI models for government and defense applications. Your work will directly impact mission-critical use cases in the U.S. federal, defense, and intelligence community. This role offers the chance to define an applied science practice from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Adapt models for government use cases like defense and intelligence analysis
• Run training and fine-tuning experiments on GPU infrastructure
• Develop supervised fine-tuning pipelines for government datasets
• Design rigorous evaluation frameworks with domain-specific benchmarks

📋 Requirements

• Research experience in deep learning, computer vision, or multimodal models
• Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning or domain adaptation at scale
• Experience on government, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch

✨ Nice to Have

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with government deployment requirements (FedRAMP, FIPS, air-gapped)
• Background in video understanding or video-language models
