Description

You will lead a team of customer support agents at SpaceX, ensuring exceptional service for Starlink customers. Your role focuses on coaching, process improvements, and resolving escalated issues to deliver a seamless internet experience worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience in customer service with teams of 25+ hourly employees
  • Willingness to work extended hours and non-scheduled days
  • Must be available for one of three specific shifts (including nights/weekends)
  • Relocation to Hawthorne, CA area required

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of customer support agents with coaching, training, and performance evaluations
  • Own development of direct reports to enhance skills and career growth
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
