Description
You will lead a team of customer support agents at SpaceX, ensuring exceptional service for Starlink customers. Your role focuses on coaching, process improvements, and resolving escalated issues to deliver a seamless internet experience worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of people management experience in customer service with teams of 25+ hourly employees
- Willingness to work extended hours and non-scheduled days
- Must be available for one of three specific shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Relocation to Hawthorne, CA area required
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of customer support agents with coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Own development of direct reports to enhance skills and career growth
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency
- Analyze customer support metrics and prepare reports on team performance and service levels
