💼 About This Role

You'll own and strengthen Moss' cloud security posture and security operations as part of a high-impact team protecting a fast-growing fintech. You'll build detection and response capabilities across GCP, SaaS, and infrastructure, directly shaping the security maturity of the organization. This role is ideal for a cloud-native security engineer who thrives on designing scalable detection systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve GCP security architecture including IAM and network controls.
• Own and evolve Cloud Security Posture Management in Wiz.
• Develop and tune detection rules in Datadog Cloud SIEM.
• Lead security investigations and improve incident response playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in security engineering with cloud security and security operations.
• GCP security expertise including IAM, Cloud Audit Logs, and organizational policies.
• Kubernetes security experience (RBAC, Workload Identity, network policies).
• Experience building and tuning SIEM platforms (Datadog preferred).

• Experience with Wiz CSPM tool.
• Experience with CI/CD security (GitHub Actions, identity federation).
• Systems thinking and detection engineering mindset.
