You'll lead GoodLeap's VPP and DERMS strategy, integrating distributed energy resources into utility grid programs nationwide. You'll drive revenue growth and program adoption across partner DER assets. This role offers the opportunity to shape the clean energy transition at a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute GoodLeap's VPP strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Lead sales and business development with utilities and grid operators
• Negotiate and close contracts for VPP participation in grid services
• Develop VPP offerings that deliver value to customers and utilities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in energy with 5+ years in utility sales or DER program management
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
• Proven track record of negotiating large-scale utility or CCA contracts
• Strong knowledge of VPPs, DER aggregation, and grid services markets
