💼 About This Role

You'll provide excellent guest services during events at Dignity Health Sports Park, assisting with inquiries, ticketing, and seating issues. You'll be the frontline for a major sports and entertainment venue, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scan and check tickets at entry gates
• Escort guests to various spaces inside the venue
• Assist guests with seating problems or issues
• Answer guest inquiries and provide directions

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and withstand weather elements
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in sports/entertainment venue environment
• Excellent customer service skills
