Description
You will recruit independent primary care practices into Oasis's Medicare value-based care programs and help them adopt enablement services. Success is measured by growth in attributed Medicare lives and quality of practices brought into the network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience selling directly to physicians and their teams.
- Experience with Medicare VBC or provider enablement solutions strongly preferred.
- Proven track record selling to physicians and practice leaders in a consultative manner.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a market-specific growth plan targeting small- to mid-size independent PCPs and IPAs.
- Manage a disciplined pipeline to deliver growth in attributed Medicare lives and new PCP contracts.
- Lead consultative sales with physician owners, tailoring discussions to Medicare Advantage, MSSP, and practice needs.
- Introduce practice support solutions (revenue cycle, EMR transition, GPO, care management) where they solve problems.
- Partner with market leadership, provider success, clinical, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and performance.
