You'll lead a $75M+ portfolio of advanced technology contracts for DHS, driving delivery excellence and portfolio growth. You'll shape new opportunities and influence acquisition pathways while building high-performing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a $75M+ portfolio of advanced technology contracts within DHS.
• Own P&L responsibilities and drive margin improvement through automation and innovation.
• Drive portfolio growth by converting delivery excellence into on-contract expansion.
• Engage with DHS C-suite and acquisition executives to influence acquisition pathways.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Proven success winning and delivering outcome-based contracts (FFP, OTA, CSO).
• Trusted relationships across DHS leadership and acquisition channels.
• Active clearance (TS preferred; DHS suitability/public trust considered).

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred.
• Senior military or government service experience.
• Prior VP/Sr. Director private-sector experience.
