💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution for the First 30 Days experience, accelerating Time-to-Value and maximizing trial-to-paid conversion. You'll lead cross-functional pods to build data-driven solutions that turn new sign-ups into power users. This role offers strategic impact on a top-level business priority.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive onboarding completion and trial-to-paid conversion metrics.
• Design personalized onboarding flows and in-app guidance for user personas.
• Partner with Data Science to identify success-correlated behaviors.
• Run high-velocity A/B tests on onboarding and trial experiences.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of PM experience in high-growth SaaS growth or onboarding.
• Deep experience in reducing friction and improving time-to-value.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to run experiments and analyze cohorts.
• Exceptional communication to align senior stakeholders.
