🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and scale the User Acquisition team
• Develop strategy and operational efficiency for paid channels
• Mentor managers and build strong team culture
• Analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for ROAS and LTV

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in user acquisition or performance marketing
• Experience with large budgets and complex campaign structures
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
• Data-driven mindset and systemic thinking
