You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for marquee enterprise accounts in Japan. You'll drive product adoption, manage escalations, and ensure successful onboarding and deployment of Contentsquare's experience intelligence platform. This role offers growth within a global SaaS leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts
- Host recurring business reviews and manage escalations
- Lead implementation and onboarding of new clients
- Maintain account plans and ensure best practices
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS company
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with project management methodologies and managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills across technical and executive levels
โจ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or Rocketlane
- Background in MarTech, AdTech, or Digital Analytics
